Our NetSuite Administration, Development, Support and Bookkeeping and Accounting team is based in India, the Philippines and the US East Coast. Our team is available for short-term projects, full-time or on-demand services.

Client Communication and Data

Communication

Effective communication is critical, especially when
outsourcing parts of your business overseas.


Waycorp has in place effective communication tools such as Zoom, TS Teams, Team Viewer, WhatsApp and email to ensure all communication is received and actioned on a time-critical basis. The key members of your team, our team and our lead client managers are part of the communication hub,
so everyone is on the same page.


We want to be seen as part of your team to your clients. To achieve this, we like to have an email address set up on your domain. This way, all communications to clients, suppliers and stake holders is seen coming from your business.

Data Management & Security

We like to keep all suppliers, clients and other contacts kept in your records, on your software, or on your file management service.

Any other paperwork we like to keep on your cloud-based file system (e.g. SharePoint) for both teams to have access too.

If you don’t have a cloud-based file server, we can set One up on our Microsoft SharePoint Intranet.

Where we require login to your software, we like to use dual authentication apps for data access and security.

The only people with access to your data will be the Offshore team member/s working for you and your local Waycorp Partner.

All data remains on your email and file server, and you have control over access.
